I completed my doctoral training in the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Ottawa. I am interested in engaging in research that promotes wellbeing for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. My research has focused on friendship support, physical health, and cross-sector service-navigation. I greatly value the opportunities I have to provide clinical services through research projects that aim to enhance the mental health of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
|I am the lab coordinator for Dr. Weiss's lab. Being a part of this research lab has provided me with many opportunities to develop my clinical and research skills. I'm interested in exploring psychosocial factors influencing mental health and well-being of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. I'm also interested in implementing and evaluating evidence-based programs, like SAS:OR, in the community.|
|I’m a research assistant in Dr. Weiss’ lab. I have always been passionate about exploring the factors influencing emotion regulation in children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, investigating parental involvement in youths’ mental health treatments, as well as developing my clinical skills.|
